Does
the cost of plan include everything?
Yes.
The cost of plan cover everything that you need to set
up your website.
Do
I need to pay a deposit?
A
deposit of RM100 (for BASIC package) and RM200 (for STANDARD
package) is required upon ordering. Please email us the
proof of payment to webmaster@dmzdesign.net.
We will only starting develop
the website after the ordering is confirmed (by paying
the deposit). The balance of payment should be paid after
the completion of website.
Do I have to renew my account after sometime?
YES!
Website packages above are valid for one (1) year from
the date purchased. After one year, you will be required
to pay the renewal fee to maintain the
account. We will give you one (1) month notice before
the expiration date. Failure to do so will cause the termination
of account and the whole website. View the renewal
fee below.
How much content can I put in each web page?
Basically we do not encourage too much information on
a single page, but we allow as much as two(2) A4 size
page content to be inserted in a single web page.
What
is the Single Page Content Update?
You can request to update your website on any page regularly.
The charge is RM30 per page basis. However the total charges
may vary depending on how much the content is. For Standard
Package you get 5x free Single Page Content Update that
is valid for one (1) year from the date the website is
completed. Should you require additional updates, will
be charged normally each time you request an update.
Can I get discount or refund for any unused
service?
No. Neither discount nor refund will be given
for any unused service in your package purchased; however,
Cancellation
& Refund
Customers
are entitled of web hosting cost refund if cancellation
request is made within first
week after signing up of service. Refund of charge
is excluding any setup fees and domain
registration fees charged during signed up. Refund request
can be made through email notification or phone call.
Termination
DMZ Design reserve the rights to terminate or suspend
customer account, at our sole discretion and without notice,
for situations of failure to make payment to us within
two (2) months after the completion of the website and/or
after service expiration date.
