Terms & Conditions

* Prices mention are fix.

* Nationwide services available, travel and accomodation charges applicable except for Klang Valley & Malacca.

* Booking can be made 3 weeks to 3 month earlier before the wedding according to slots available. We recommend early booking for your wedding to avoid cross bookings. For date availability please check with us at 016-267 1235.

* 50% deposit should be paid upon confirmation at least 3 weeks before the event.

* Payment can ONLY be made through bank in or maybank2u. Bank acc. information: Maybank - 112447026155 (Mukriz)

* Please email transaction proof to webmaster@dmzdesign.net. If you happen not to have scanner or not be able to provide .jpeg file of payment, just email us your full name, amount of transaction, and transaction time and date (as stated in the slip/receipt)

* Balance of the payment must be made before or on the same day soon after the wedding finish.

* Final product(s) will be delivered to client in 2 weeks after the wedding.

* DMZ Design have the rights to hold the delivery of the final product(s) upon unpaid balance.

* DMZ Design have the rights to use client's videos for advertisement and promotional purposes.
